It's a fact that most building projects take longer than planned. There are many reasons for this - sometimes things do happen which can't be anticipated from the beginning of your project, but most delays happen because of poor planning.

From the very start, we make sure your project is properly planned, telling you exactly what to expect and when. If we have made any assumptions that might effect the time it takes to complete your project, we'll tell you about those too, including a worst-case estimate of the additional time needed if things don't go as planned.
