When you're comparing quotations from different builders, always make sure your quote includes everything you need to get your job done. For most of our quotations, we provide a price guarantee - so the price you see is the price you'll pay, even if things take longer to complete.

Sometimes, there might be things we can't be certain of when we quote for your work. If any details of your project might change as your project progresses, we'll give you a quotation price and a maximum price - the maximum price will still be guaranteed and we'll make sure you understand why this higher price might apply, so you won't get any nasty shocks.
