Apple (tm) iPod (tm) Nano Prize Draw

1. Form of the Promotion
From the 24th October 2007 until the 28th January 2008, any eligible individual who receives a quotation for building or home improvement works for a value of £500 (GBP) or more from Evolution Management Consultancy Ltd ("Evolution MC Ltd") will be entitled to free entry into this prize draw. The prize will be one Apple (tm) iPod (tm) Nano digital music / video player, in the colour chosen by the winner from the options available at the time of the draw. Delivery included. The draw will be held on a day between the 28th January 2008 and the 1st February 2008 and the winner will be selected using a random technique that ensures all entries have an equal chance of being selected. The winner will be notified in writing (ie; 'by letter') within 14 days of the draw to the same address used by Evolution MC Ltd to provide quotation.
2. Notification to Winner: Claiming the Prize
The winner will be required to contact Evolution MC Ltd within 14 days of the date of the letter to claim their prize and arrange delivery; failure to claim the prize before the end of this period will result in the loss of the prize for the winner and a further prize draw will be conducted in the manner described above.
3. Applying for Entry into the Draw
No individual, quotation or enquiry is automatically entered into this prize draw promotion. Any individual who telephones or e-mails Evolution MC Ltd to request a quotation must ask to be included in this Prize Draw and will only be included once a quotation has been provided by Evolution MC Ltd. Individuals may be asked by employees of Evolution MC Ltd if they wish to participate, but Evolution MC Ltd provides no warranty and accepts no responsibility for promoting this prize draw outside of the arrangements of the company's websites and marketing material. Individuals who request quotation via the company's website at www.evolutionhouse.co.uk will be provided with an option to enter the prize draw at the time of the enquiry and will only be included once a quotation has been provided by Evolution MC Ltd. Evolution MC Ltd will accept any delayed requests for inclusion in the prize draw from eligible individuals, provided such requests are received before the 28th January 2008.
4. Eligibility ("Eligible Individual")
All private individuals are entitled to enter the free prize draw provided;
4.1. They are permanent residents of mainland Britain and over the age of 18 years.
4.2. They have received a quotation for building or home improvement works for a value of £500 (GBP) or more from Evolution Management Consultancy between the 24th of October 2007 and the 28th January 2008. Acceptance of the quotation is not required - no purchase of products and services from Evolution MC Ltd is necessary.
4.3. They are not, or have not been, an employee of Evolution MC Ltd before the 28th January 2007.
4.4. They are not related or affiliated to any individual excluded in the above clause (4.3).
5. Limitations
5.1. Where a quotation is sent to more than one individual (ie; in "joint names"), Evolution MC Ltd will accept the authority of any one named individual for the purpose of claiming the prize.
5.2. Only one entry per household and individual is permitted.
5.3. All individuals entering this prize draw accept that the winner's first name, surname and town will be published on the company's website at www.evolutionhouse.co.uk

5.5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.6. Evolution MC Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is subject to availability and change.
5.7. By entering our free prize draw you agree to receive further information regarding Evolution MC Ltd and the services we provide.
5.8. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
